General Crafting Information
Crafting is one of 3 Artisan Classes in Ashes of Creation. In short, each of the three (Crafting, gathering, and Refining) will all be dependent on each other. Artisan classes are set to be in Alpha 2 testing and will be a major part in the economy once Ashes launches.
In AOC, crafting is set to be recipe-based and not RNG. Finding recipes in rare locations will be part of the crafting loop. These recipes must be learned to use, and are consumed. Next, Let’s look at some ways you can find crafting recipes :

Crafting Stations
Next, Crafting stations can be found in both nodes and freehold. The higher the node rating, the higher tiered the crafting stations can be. The highest-level crafting stations in Ashes of Creation will be found in Freeholds.
