Rewards and Format

NCSoft has explained that Resistance Events take place in the following format:

  • Over each week, 3 days out of the week will contain Resistance Events
  • Players are ranked across those 3 days overall
  • In each day, there is 3 Resistance Event activities to complete

Currently, there is no information available regarding the types of activities, however, gathering, killing and other tasks are most likely. As a result, we’ll update this page when more information is available. For rewards, players as usual each get a reward based on their performance ranking in the events. However, for participating in at least 2 of the 3 Resistance Events in a single day, you’ll be rewarded with a brand new Weapon Skill! The new Weapon Skills are the following:

  • Sword and Shield – A Shot At Victory
  • Staff – Infernal Meteor
  • Daggers – Frenzied Sword Dance
  • Wand – Ray of Disaster
  • Greatsword – Guillotine Blade
  • Crossbow – Wind Snatcher
  • Longbow – Blitz

Each of these Active Skills change the way the game is played in PvP. As a result, completing Resistance Events is key to character progression. Eventually, each weapon unlocks a brand-new Passive Skill from Resistance Events too! The 8th Passive Slot Skills are the following:

  • Sword and Shield – Eternal Knight
  • Staff – Janice’s Authority
  • Daggers – Unruly Euphoria
  • Wand – Temptation of Darkness
  • Greatsword – Grip Charge
  • Crossbow – Onslaught Stance
  • Longbow – Storm String

Resistance Events lead up to one of the biggest moments in Throne and Liberty history, the worlds first Castle Siege. As a result, check back regularly for information regarding Resistance Event rewards and the effect it has on Siege.
